This festive tour features four public historic sites, including the Lanier Mansion, the Sullivan House, the Masonic Schofield House and The Heritage Center all decked out in Christmas finery.  The tour also highlights five beautiful private homes (not normally open to the public).  Most of the sites are located in the historic district, which boasts the largest collection of 19th century architecture in Indiana.

Enjoy the uniqueness of Madison as you make your way from site to site.  Take a carriage ride along beautifully decorated Main Street.  Enjoy holiday treats at one of Madison's restaurants and wineries or stop in at the antique shops and specialty stores that add to Madison's character.  Stay overnight at one of our special lodging establishments.  Most of all, find joy in the season!

The Nights Before Christmas Candlelight Tour is sponsored by the Madison Area Convention and Visitors Bureau, Lanier State Historic Site, Historic Madison, Inc., The Jefferson County Historical Society, and the Masonic Schofield House.  Adult tickets are $15.00 

ADVANCE SALES -$12.50 through November 14 and $5.00 for children ages 5-15.

Tour Hours are:  Friday and Saturday 5:00 pm-9:00 pm, Sunday 4:00 pm- 7:00 pm.
